I love Dolly - doesn’t everyone? I thought it would be fun for us to listen to her life story in the car, but somehow I missed the fact that this is told through her songs. It’s really much more about the songs and the stories behind them than it is about Dolly’s life.
There’s also a LOT of singing, and it’s very twangy - which Mark definitely didn’t care for. 😂
Unfortunately, this just wasn’t what I was hoping for, and I can’t really recommend it. But we still love Dolly!
